FYI...AIA [http://www.investoraware.org/] has the Mission Statement:
To ensure that publicly traded companies provide investors with information in a timely and forthright manner so that they can make informed decisions in a complex market

Criteria:
* Knowledge of Investor Relations personnel.
Does the I.R. staff have a complete knowledge of their companies goals and expectations?
Are they effective in communicating that information to the average investor?
Is access to upper corporate management ever available?

* Ease of access to Investor Relations department.
Is a "live" person difficult to reach?
If messages are left, are they returned promptly?
Is there a hard to navigate web of voice-mail and receptionists.
------------end of AIA---------------

Why do I find it so ironic that a company involved in IR for major corporations would be so reluctant to share info, e.g., earnings, with their own shareholders???

BTW, I am long in TSIS.
