Why would anyone file to sell shares that are restricted and cannot be sold? I suspect the shares are not restricted and they will be sold. I thought BDO Seidman was currently auditing June 31. What happened to that audit? Sept 30 numbers won't be complete until December, and given past history, will not be released. EDII still hasn't filed to become fully reporting. Are you suggesting a reverse split to get the price over $5? If not, please detail a rational reason why this stock would trade so high. Net Income before tax would have to be over $50M. This would mean revenues close to $500M with all these 100M + shares outstanding. EDII doesn't have a dream of getting there anytime soon. jmt
