Chuck, is it really free?
I actually can't find the word 'free' on the page your link is referring to. It seems that the page is for those who want to subscribe to your service.
On you FAQ page (http://www.dbc.com/stockedge/faq.htx) there are a few instructions how to get your 'free trial'. I understand that I have to subscribe to your service first and after 30 days I have to cancel my account. I understand as well, that you'll refund the fee for the frist month but not the Nasdaq fee of 50$. Is this your definition of a 'free trial' ?
I mentioned Castle securities in my previous posting. They offer a free trial including the Level II stream. No hidden costs. It is really free, free in its plain and real meaning without any marketing tricks.
BTW, I'm not a castle subscriber.

Chuck. Is it really free? I agree with Dirk. If it is can you explain how to access it. Appears to me you have to buy the service for a year or am I missing something?
Thanks,
electra

Chuck,

I'm a relatively new user to StockEdge Online and wonder if you can shed some light on the feed delays during heavy market trading. I suspect there were times where what I was seeing was 2 to 5 minutes late.

Is there a way you can characterize the "timeliness" of the display over last week?
