I've often thought we should buy the rest of the damn company since we seem to own so much of it now. The accounting possibilities with the new merger (acquisition?partnership?) are too complex for my non-MBA brain. I'm just one more paasenger on the raft careening down the whitewater while the big guys paddle (I hope). I sure would take .77 per share for my NUOA shares. Not in equivalent worthless no revenue other BB stock, tho.

Ken, A buy back sounds great but is not likely at this time. Only Fred has a vested interest. When he is ready to convert his preferred stock you will see him show a vested interest in the price of the stock by buying back shares, thus, giving himself a greater percentage ownership of the Company. We are years away from that possibility IMHO.
