Stan I have no problems with your truth. I only have have problems with people proselyting for a belief and forcing it on others. If you have found a God in your own being you can be guided by, that is the ultimate. Good luck on your path and as the Apostle Paul said, Study your acquired relation with God.

Bear in mind that I respect your right of belief and personal succor and respite from your weights. But let me tell you something about organizations of man that you may choose to believe or disbelieve. Let's take six organizations that I may know very well. The CIA, the KGB, IBM, the Catholic Church, the Cops (RCMP or whoever) and the Mafia. Let us say that I am an honest man. Let us say that in general the men in each of these organizations are honest for the most part and dedicated to their organization. Now I will tell you something that I know. I could in general make deal with the KGB and they would keep their end of the bargain. They are pretty cautious and not likely to be fooled. The CIA is slick and slippery but in general you can make a deal with them and OK you will still be alive 15 years from now. The mafia is slick and fragmented and because of this untrustworthy, but they try and if you are 100% sincere they will probably leave you alone. IBM. A dead rip off, they are not worth a nickel and are dangerous to all who deal with them. The Cops. Dangerous as hell, corrupt and your life ain't worth a plugged nickel if you are their friend. Merely miserable if they think you are their foe. Catholic Church including Jesuits: Can't agree of disagree with them. A plague if your are a member and a bane if you are not. Cannot make a deal with them to save your life. Totally untrustworthy and self righteous. Better to live in another country where they are outlawed. So much for character.. who pays? Well the CIA and IBM do not. The Cops will throw a little cash at you, the mafia are cheap and sleazy and its members only, the Catholic Church are corrupt, a rip off and a large business when they are supposed to be a charity; don't ask for shelter or money you will get trouble even if you don't ask for it. Probably the KGB are your best bet for character and money. Strange eh? The anathema of western culture for 70 years are not bad guys. I know they murdered Ukrainian journalists and ran the Gulag. I know they were paranoid. I did not say they were entirely good. That was an institutional failing. But all the organizations operate by the same fiat right of conscience. We are right because we say we are. To the Russians credit they admitted their mistake and threw aside the past. Would we? Could we? But our grandest mistake is to look at our supposed domestic body count and say it is evidence of our goodness. Our morality can only be defined by our righteousness and our righteousness by our knowledge and our self examination. The organizations of our state and our society are bad. They are not righteous as they have no fundamental knowledge of right built into them. They are like the Church before the reformatiom. Built on social cronies. Not ideals. Protective of the institution and not the ideal. And I am not talking about the odd priest or cop who is charged with some offense. I am talking about the whole rationale of our society. It is advanced on fiat government and corruption of right, not right itself. Let me say, this in no way disallows or argues that your insight into life or revelations thereof from any source are somehow undermined. I am sure they are right if they give you right. Escute Filias, Examine well what flows from them in every action that affects your fellow man. EC<:-}
