Let me confirm that yes I sold PRWT at one time and yes I did re-buy! I could not resist the price. Call me a penny fanatic :) At the same time I still have concern for the same reason I sold before. "The Outstanding Shares" They are way above my normal standards but have a gut feeling here. I would feel much better after a SEC filing.
