I never stated a concern for a R/S just for the outstanding shares. I also have spoke with John and assured me of no R/S but he also did not give me an explanation of how they would correct the problem. The company as a whole if all solid will be in a position for a buyback, but I could not get confirmation of this. A true show of faith would be a symbol change and filing with the SEC. IMO Rodster

New on SI. just wanted to say that I hold GLCP, that had a RS, and it is presently down 78% from my paid price. PRWT only down 63%.Holding 10 of these penny stocks gleaned from several threads. Not a one of them in the black. Started back in February. I feel that pennys will probably start up before the NYSE. How much farther down can they go? Duh, said that a month ago too. Started out reading BAAT thread, down 80%, and didn't learn any better. Should have daytraded, now I'm an investor. Appreciate your input and others on this thread. Do like the pennys. okelly
