>>>and unlike most BB companies that cannot afford to proceed legally<<<

They showed $955.15 in an american bank and $100 dollars in a canadian account on their latest balance sheet (march 31, 98) if I remember right. I think they should go ahead and sue someone. Might as well go down swinging.

zonkie....
ps...and $400 in cash..

For someone who isn't "intimate" to the company, you sure seem to come out with some corkers. They revealed their finances to you?

>>unlike most BB companies that cannot afford to proceed legally against those that slander, AZNT can and will protect itself.<<

Whatever money they had yesterday, they have less of it today.

Mr. Mitchell,
My relationship with AZNT isn't as intimate as the relationship you have with Wellrich it appears. I am not privy to those kinds of documents.

If it is used to slander the company, it is actionable slander. AZNT and SEC advocates are monitoring this board, . . .

Well this is good news indeed. The SEC watching this thread. They must have already gotten quite an eyeful from the WEBKMASTER and the John Fasano/Robert Quiel interlude. It is a relief to know that they are here.

Maybe they will take a keen interest in the on again off again claim of "Hybrid Stevia", the company's persistence in characterizing their dietary supplements as sweetners and medicines, the numerous conflicting claims and earnings misprojections in their SEC filings. The inability to show any exclusive export trade concession with Brazil. These are all good things to be knowing that the SEC is taking a look at. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of some of these things.

Oh, BMart, btw, just as a suggestion, maybe libel is the word you are grasping for rather than slander. Libel more appropriately is descriptive of the written word, whereas slander would do more aptly with regard to spoken words, like say, if it was something The Indian actually said over the Internet or was said to The Indian.

What makes you think AZNT has any money? We really DO need to see those financials, don't we?
