William<Yahoo has been cash-flow positive from operations for five quarters. >
I found it interesting that Morgan Stanley reiterated its buy recommendation before the Yhoo/Amzn partnership was announced.
Do you think its tell Morgan Stanley first and the public second?

William, either you are not telling the truth or you are misinformed. Yahoo has not turned a profit from operations YET. If you take away the interest income earned on their "IPO wad" they have been in the red for every quarter since the beginning.

In this case, Yahoo is less of an internet company and more of a junk bond, yielding about 5 percent yearly on 130 million dollars.
