RudeDog,

I dont know if you ever deal with the OEMs at any real level, but I do and I can tell you this much, Gate's uncovered comments on what MSFT's real objectives are in having initial co-operative meetings with other OEMs will set the tone for future such meetings or even if there will be as many.

You are completely right that its not a gentleman's club - Gates has clarified that point quite clearly!

Dont be naive in thinking that the OEMs didnt and arnt taking note on every bit of evidence that is coming out of these cases. If gives them a much clearer idea on how MSFT operates and how to deal with them as a competitor. If you dont think this is hurting MSFT - you are truely one of the three monkeys "hear no evil - see no evil - speak no evil".
