Agreed. Peace.

But I really don't appreciate anyone hyping this this as if it will go to $150.

I hope all quick picks members resign and ignore the recommendation.

I have been long on this thing but have generally ignored the thread, too many posts to read and so little time. It will go on its own merrits without quick picks hype.

Actually Chopper,

I disagree with you. I think we ought to have a strong squeeze, followed by a return to justifiable valuation levels. I wouldn't even mind seeing trading halted and a settlement reached at ridiculous levels for all current SLOJ's.

You buy a stock like this because of your own research on FMV of a company which, for all intensive purposes, just came to market. While you certainly don't assume that the stock will leap straight to FMV, you would hope that as information is disseminated, financials are disclosed, etc., that your high risk (non-filing bulletin board company) capital would receive a fair reward. Instead, the stock is artificially held down by individuals because of their ILLEGAL actions in shorting the stock. These individuals then proceed on a witch hunt to look at the CEO's history, including his family, on a personal level. While I believe the bankruptcy knowledge may be important in terms of judging his fiscal management, it's dismissal and non-material impact to the company going forward are facts which should lead anyone to conclude that it was merely a strategy.

These are also the same people whom, rest assured, will come crawling to Colin's doors shortly to cut a deal for shares. They have had ample opportunities over the last several months to buy their way out of their illegal predicament, but have chosen to play hard ball.

I, for one, would love nothing else now but to see some pain inflicted. I agree that these "dreams" of $50-300/share prices are just that, but I would like my company and my fellow shareholders to help support Nutstoo's position in hanging shares over their heads and make them grovel. Card argues that a 40 PE might be justifiable. This translates, given current EPS and trailing growth rates, to $16-20 share price. You can discount that for being bulletin board and non-reporting, but this would be a fair price once these two elements have been achieved. So I say punish them with a price between $20-30, to come back to FMV after they have bought out of their illegal activities.

Just a thought.

Mark
