MG,

I am still watching NUKE and can't decide. The current price is very attractive but I am wary of a few things.

Basically, I stand by my last post on the subject

with the addition that I didn't like the last press release about buying the rights to another type of nuclear power supply.

Now, (1) I have never heard of this and this is a technology that I pay close attention to in real life, (2) there are no real details, and (3) I tend to discount Russian reports, claims and papers.

There are a lot of good scientists in Russia, but the culture (with the exception of theoretical and mathematical papers) demands that experimental results fall exactly in line with what is possible in theory.

I know a company that hired a bunch of Russian scientists after the wall fell. After a few years, the fired all of them, allegedly for faking data (which is unheard of in that technology -- the only technology where data falsification is common is medical).

I still like the neutron generator (IEC) and think it has a lot of promise and applications. However, Rhombic needs to score in licensing another technology before I can really get behind them and I don't like the choices they currently have to offer.
