The new company will have only 4 million shares outstanding and 2 million shares in the float.

So that seems to imply that at a 5 to 1 dividend rate that there is only 20Million shares of CSHK outstanding. But I believe that there are 25Million shares as of now, is that not correct? Wasn't that mentioned earlier? So that would make 5Million then with 2.5Million in the float for ARBrooks.

A second question then begs an answer - the current float then is 12.5Million?

Finally this looks suspiciously like a back door reverse split, of course without using those words. How is there any guarantee that the remaining assets and sales of CSHK will have or ever be able to generate shareholders equity in excess of Zero?
