Jeff,

I have heard some concerned comments about SA also, but just cannot see a collapse of the economic structure in post Mandella administrations. There is just too much at stake for all SA citizens to allow a detour from democratic reform. Even if the big pgm producers were to look elsewhere, I believe that some of the canadian pgm deposits would be first on the shopping list. The ore is recoverable by conventional methods. Global has made some grandiose claims on the richness of its' ore, but so far is still a small time operation struggling for survival. They have yet to prove a viable method of extraction that can show a profit. We shall see how the receipts add up.

I don't believe we need to be overly concerned by the blabbering of someone whose level of literacy doesn't comprehend the difference between "culpable"[ its word ] and "gullible"[ the word it really meant ]. The Thing Known as Laser is an excellent example of what happens when education eclipses intelligence.

But how inelastic is Rd's price, Jeff?
GPGI will have to be tight lipped about revealing its inexhaustible supply.
