We'll talk about WellRich again on Tuesday. But you know, I really do believe that if AZNT had scored some kind of victory, they'd have publicized it. Why not? The hilarious and potentially libelous communications contributed by the WEBKMASTER really do not help.

Earlier you were, if I followed (not always easy), trying to make some kind of connection between WellRich's complaint and Gary Sylver. Why? These two issues are not linked.

Then you told us that NATC was covering Mann's short. Only Mann isn't short anymore, as I reported some time ago. So then you said that NATC was covering Marcassi's short. Only Marcassi isn't covering. And he hasn't been served with any court papers. That information doesn't come only from him, but also from one of Your Own.

And what about JB Oxford? They were supposed to be compelled to jump on the bid. Did it happen? Uh, no. And what's this nonsensical theory about NATC?

Since Jeff and I actually do--unlike you--want to post the entire text of the document in question, you'll just have to wait for it.

Your Friend,

Janice

Bmart,

I'm setting here following the he said/she said over the Wellrich issue with some fascination. Most folks like myself have no idea which of these two parties, AZNT or Wellrich, are telling the truth.
And both sides have vested interests in misrepresenting the actual facts to the public markets.

However, I would note that were I in Wellrich's place and "in fact" held the upper hand as I claim, I certainly wouldn't have trotted off to Las Vegas which is AZNT's home turf. (except to fiddle with the one-armed bandits...:0) I would make them come to me.

This issue is important and I hope to see some kind of documentation that clarifies the issue further for investors. I have to admit at least AZNT has made an attempt at posting their heavily censored memorandums to their website.

But if what you say is true Bmart, it must in a publicly available filing somewhere. When AZNT provides that, I'll feel much better about their side of the story.

But then again, I still haven't seen any shareholders worried about the terms of the preferred conversions for insiders in exchange for canceling their old common.

Take care.

Ron
