I have to think that is a misprint. 20,000 shares at $.25/share doesn't add up to much. I think the figure should be 20,000,000 as Patrick was told by the CEO.

A friend called Friday and talked to the CEO for quite a while. From what I understand of the conversation they are really not looking to have a lot of trading right now, but you can by restricted share's at .35. At this time they have no PR person or company. As to how they can do an IPO when they are already trading I have know idea. I am going to put together a list of questions and fax them to him on Tuesday and see what kind of reply I get. If I get a reply then I will call him and go over each question in more detail. broke2
