Okay Shero, Reason number 3:

***Better control of your finances***

Stocks over $5 are marginable. So you can handle variations in your financial situation with more control. You can borrow at 7.25% at Jack White instead of 18% on your credit card. Heck, even Tawny6 was pushing for a $5 price, so that institutions....well, that's another reason, and I don't want to disturb your somnolence too much just now.

Not that I'm advocating borrowing to buy shares. Just that if you have chosen to have debts, it is good to have your stocks in the marginable category instead of the penny dreadfuls.

Now, have you got those so far?

Maurice
