Past history has proven you wrong. Anyone who margined (sp) his stock to ...***Better control of your finances*** Stocks over $5 are marginable. So you can handle variations in your financial situation with more control. You can borrow at 7.25% at Jack White instead of 18% on your credit card....***

Got slammed, big time. And the most notable people who acted on a belief such as you state were management. Anyway, history speaks for itself. Only you don't seem to understand.

As for liquidity, 100,000 share @ $5 is the same as 500,00 at $1. Plain and simple. As for people, and institutions, not buying stocks under $5, that rule simply is ancient history. There are many groups, institutions, and mutual funds that specialize in buying low priced stocks. Techniclone management doesn't know how, or doesn't approach those groups. Too bad for us.

I say that from experience.

As for avoiding de-listing only meaningful results will make a difference in the stock price. People don't realize how much buying must come in to move any given stock, including TCLN. It's interesting to see what those who once promoted a "conspiracy theory" are saying now. But it's really no different. Same story, different day.

So, Maurice, I've answered your first three, of...however many points.
Now I'm going to take the pledge. I will not respond to any more of this silliness regarding a reverse split. The rest of your arguements are as poorly reasoned as these.
