>>why dont you just say you think aznt never paid wellrich commision on the shares they sold and thats reason for suit

Actually, from what I understand, AZNT actually sold those shares, not WellRich. All WellRich did was make calls and pass those names on to AZNT. AZNT was always in possession of those shares and collected all the money. <<

AZNT agreed to pay Wellrich a commission for their work in securing buyers for the stock, as I understand it the commission to be paid was $37,000, AZNT then reneged and wouldn't pay Wellrich. Here again we have a situation where someone who obviously performed a service for AZNT, supposedly agreed to work for free.(this is if you believe that people such as BMart, Bgtit and Cav are relating what they are told by Sylver)

Same as John Fasano. I would like someone to explain why people would agree to work for a public company and not be paid.

"........"Prove" is such a subjective word. Since SI is not a court of law, I suppose I can never really "prove" anything, especially to people like bmart who choose to just ignore reality......"

Reality: There was no arbitration hearing between Wellrich and AZNT. (.), that is a lie. You cannot post any documentation of such because it never happened.
Reality: You cannot provide the court case # to the fabricated Mr. Gary Sylver scenario because the claim is bogus.

Whether Mr. Cavalry respects the way I post is irrelevant to me. One can only use this example of bashers procuring information from Wellrich, not verifying it, and posting it as fact, to understand why I am not willing to share what I may know to those who will simply exploit it for their own bent agenda. It is shameful. It was only meant to put fear into investors. Unlike Mr. Cavalry, I will not be "gone" next week if a squeeze doesn't materialize. The company has yet to announce the last phase in its incremental program of cleansing the AZNT market of over 4MM invalid and illegal shares. I was here long before any of you, and may very well be here long after you are gone.

Good Evening
