I'm by no means a military strategist but it seems to me that one of the most damaging things Afganistan could do to Iran if it were attacked would be to target Iran's oil wells: destroy those and Iran's ability to finance a war would be sharply curtailed.

Diana, I believe that the volatility we are experiencing in oil right now is due to psychological perceptions by the market and any event that could possibly slow or stop oil production from a major producer will show itself in increased share price in the overall oil/service sector.
Best of luck on Veritas. I had a stop that was tripped off at $15.00. I could kick myself for setting it that high.
