Mr. Mitchell, If Mr. Marcassi covered Mr. Mann's short, can you show us the trading records please? Where is the volume to substaniate his claim? I think Mr. Marcassi had better check the court documents again, the court records contradict his claims. I would say that these claims are about as authentic as your claims there was an arbitration hearing between Wellrich and AZNT and a judgement against AZNT. The claims are all fabricated and not authenticated. RB
