At this point, since nothing you have claimed to be mandated by those alleged court papers has come true, it is now immaterial to me whether they actually exist or not. Prove to me otherwise, and perhaps I'll care.

If Mr. Marcassi covered Mr. Mann's short, can you show us the trading records please? Where is the volume to substaniate his claim?

I'm told a private transaction between Marcasse and Mann would not show on the tape. Marcasse would borrow shares from the DTC and give them electronically to Mann's account.
