seems troublesome that the investment banking firm most familar
with mvee and the minute details of their business plan and lawsuit woes, their own inv. banking firm, has clients shorting this stock. that's not a good sign, imo

Not to me. What is so surprising that a firm has clients on both sides of a position or even contrary to the firm's recommended position? Broker clients go contrary to the broker recommendations all the time. It would be more surprising to learn that a broker long on XYZW has NO clients shorting XYZW. The market place is diverse with a wide range of bets placed. Hell, brokers even have long and short positions in the same security at the same time.

Calvary, I have submitted two questions to Mr. Volk on your behalf, the ID of the auditor and the role of Alexander Westcott as broker/market maker. Thanks for bringing up these points. Regards, Suzanne
