Bmart,

Since you have admittedly stated that anyone can reference the civil suit in which I am named, and with your particular "expertise" in analyzing the nuances of legal documents referencing Wellrich and AZNT, It would seem to me that you have engaged in a reckless disregard for the truth by asserting that I am being sued for fraud.

You knew better but you chose to make the deliberately libelous misrepresentation rather than merely answer a difficult question that I had posed to you regarding the FDA's control of advertising of T.O.N.

exchange2000.com

But you wrote this in response.

exchange2000.com

I didn't deserve that and I have taken great offence that you would seek to perpetuate and spread this malicious falsehood, apparently without regard for the truth.

For that I would like an apology, Bmart.

If you are indeed Bmart and merely have been falsely led by others to believe this misrepresentation, then a public apology is all that is necessary.

However, if you are Pugs posting incognito, and sensing the inability he has for apologizing for anything he has done, I will not receive one. At that point I will pursue my open options in this matter.

I don't expect you to like me, Bmart. But I will hold you accountable for spreading falsehoods.

I hope that you actually are Bmart. I would like to settle this issue here and now so we can return to discussing AZNT.

Regards,

Ron

Greetings, etc.,

I am indeed disappointed to find that you posted:

<<<As far as Mr. Martin's claim about not disclosing any land owned by AZNT in their SEC filings/financials, the company can only book land they purchased, the land was donated to AZNT. Mr. Martin was wrong again.>>>

If information such as this is going to be made public at this time, maybe the entire circumstances of the 'exclusivity arrangements' should also be published. Tracking them down is by no means an easy feat and I do not think there is any reason to share this type of information with people who are obviously interested in being basher slasher burner artists. Further, I do not consider anyone not owning stock and having capital at risk to have any 'right' to this info, especially if they are attempting to use any possible tool to depress the stock prices and hurt those of us who have invested.

<<<For you Mr. Reece I will share why I feel your comrads Mr. Mitchell and Ms. Shell have been less that forthright concerning "arbitration Hearings" between Wellrich & AZNT and a "judgement" they claim against AZNT.>>>

I am extremely concerned about the obvious failure to provide the information that was promised last week concerning this 'arbitration hearing' and as I have said previously, I hope any documents will include either AAA or NASD identity, or else it will probably be viewed as just another piece of crap. You and I can go into town, rent a room, call the management of any company over for a lunch meeting and then when they arrive, we can casually announce that we are conducting a fact finding inquiry into blah, blah, blah.

But again, I resent your posting information such as you posted concerning the donated land and will look forward to discussing this with you later. Please do not include this manner of info in future posts without giving some indication that it is coming to those of us who worked very long and hard to dig it out for ourselves.

bmart, you flat out made this up:

As far as Mr. Martin's claim about not disclosing any land owned by AZNT in their SEC filings/financials, the company can only book land they purchased, the land was donated to AZNT. Mr. Martin was wrong again.

bmart, you are wrong, again. Donated assets must be entered on the books, the only accounting question is regarding at what number.(market value... valuation can differ based on if any other conditions exist to this "donation".)

Where did you ever come up with the company having had to purchase the property to book it?

the company can only book land they purchased, the land
was donated to AZNT. Mr. Martin was wrong again.

Why did someone "donate" this property which has such a high potential value if what has been reported is true? Or are there agreements tied to this "donation"?
