Forest, It will be much easier for all concerned to use last trade price rather than B/A price. Also by setting a higher minimum price, say 5, and strictly limiting the stock universe to NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ common stocks. No warrants, rights, scrip, options, debentures, convertibles, reverse splits need apply. Short selling *should* be allowed.
