SB: RE:<Maybe Greenspan will time his rate cut to coincide with the hearings/impeachment action> Or maybe this disgraced president will come to his senses momentarily and resign. Then VP Gore will pardon him like Pres Ford did for Nixon. Then all these ugly seamy matters would be put to rest quickly and the nation could get on with important substantive issues and start restoring respect for the office of the presidency at home and abroad. Would that be the best of all possible outcomes in this situation ? P
