MRVC is a good company, but it is belonged to small cap company. It is a good value play. But, I don't think LU will consider it as a big acquisition if LU wants it. Its revenue is too low. It will survive itself if they can maintain such high margin. I like to their specialty such as voice over IP. But, you can't compare CS with MRVC. They are in different category. LU won't get a public attention if it acquire MRVC. It is too little for LU Michael
