Perhaps you just don't understand this. Different cultures/sub-cultures have different standards of behavior. Perhaps you speak to others at home in this same way and consider it normal. But while your conduct here may seem proper to you, I assure you it is repugnant to many of us. A big part of getting along in a multi-cultural environment is adjusting one's speech and behavior so as to not inadvertently give offence. IMO you have done damage to this Thread by discouraging others from posting differing opinions because they would be subject to insulting, abusive posts from you. I want to hear their opinions. I think when you interfere with the free exchange of information/opinion in this way you are potentially costing me money. I think your opinions have been worth reading, and I appreciate your sharing them with the thread. But if your input comes at the cost of your abuse of others, I'd rather do without it. It you are allowed back and continue in the same vein, I will e-mail Jill every time I see a post of yours that, IMO, violates the Terms of Use. I suggest others do this also. regards, diana
