Charles,

I agree with you 100%. People like Krnjeu and others that gripe about MSFT being taken to court is not fair, are pathetic in their excuses. MSFT stockholders like Krnjeu would be the first to bitch and complain if a MSFT competitor with another industry monopoly were to violate anti-trust laws to crush MSFT in a specific product.

Krnjeu wants laws modified to suit his stock position - LOL! What a joke!

PS Krnjeu - it wasnt me that quoted 99% of companies break the law. It was you that stated that concept silly concept. I used his argument and yours against yourselves. I dont believe that 99% of companies and their officials knowingly break laws.

And Charles is right - if you know of any company that breaks laws like price-fixing and anti-trust regulations then report them! If your a MSFT employee (like so many on this board defending their company) then forget about it - its too late! LOL

Mr. Charles Tutt,

<<Well, at least this time maybe the laws will work.>>

Oh that's right, I get it because it's against Microsoft so the law is working and if it for Microsoft then the law is not working.

Sorry I forgot.

Thank you

JK
