***Jeff just sent me this PR***

Indocan Resources Inc. - Isaac's Harbour too good to Sell

VANCOUVER-September 8th, 1998 Indocan Resources Inc. (OTC BB: IDCN) The
company board of directors has reconsidered the CMI Capital offer and
finds it unacceptable. Our exploration manager, Douglas Boddy, of Gold'n
Crystal Minerals has advised that the company not sell any of the
properties let alone the whole company for a low price. Mr. Boddy bases
his recommendation on the fact that historical records indicate that our
geological structure at Isaac's Harbour has the highest-grade ore in the
province. Our recent assays also confirm the presence of gold in excess
of two ounces per ton. We have an exploration license and will continue
to develop the Isaac's Harbour property with the drilling of four holes
this month followed by a bulk sampling of 100 tons of material. Our
wholly owned division, Prodigy Resources has applied for a mining
license and expects to receive it in the coming week so we may produce
from the Isaac's Harbour site as soon as is practicable.
Work is continuing at the Dana Township, Garnet property in Ontario with
the firing-off of three dynamite pillow packs and the gathering of 200
to 300 pounds of sample material. Additional grid mapping is also being
performed this week and will be filed at the regional office in Sudbury.
Our garnet customer would like us to deliver the first shipment in early
November 1998.
