Why would he send this to you before releasing it to PR Newswire or some other news source?
Did anyone else get this news flash?

Our recent assays also confirm the presence of gold in excess
of two ounces per ton.

Who did the assay results????HMMMMMMMM. Where are the assay results and what's the name of the firm who did them!

Our garnet customer would like us to deliver the first shipment in early November 1998.

Who is their customer? Why is there no name to this (SO-CALLED) customer...HMMMMMM.

The company board of directors has reconsidered the CMI Capital offer and finds it unacceptable.

That's because there never was a legitimate buy-out offer to begin with:-) Oh, where do they mention the BUY-BACK in this NR...THEY DON'T, DO THEY!

Keep trying IDCN.

<< The company board of directors has reconsidered the CMI Capital offer and finds it unacceptable.>>

My take: You have all been scammed. This final PR, the conclusion of the .37/share buyout offer scheme, reflects some of the most disgraceful and unethical conduct I have seen by a corporation toward its shareholders.

For those of you who stick around believing that a share price of .37 or better is still around any upcoming corner, I must say that you will get what you deserve. The warning signs were all around you, all you had to do was look with clear eyes. This company has treated its shareholders with complete and utter disrespect.

My advice is to get out of this company and walk away.

Chris
