'morning CK [Greenspan speech & some infor on LatAm economy]

Of course Greenspan didn't give any direct hint of any rate cuts but the tone of the speech was interpreted, by majority of the pundits, as having a bias towards a possible rate cut,but a few don't see it that way at all.Who knows what Greenspan and Co will do come Sept 29th.
