Scott....have you reset your MTU setting?

it made alot of difference for me...

there are programs out there to tweak your MTU

you could check on the tucows site..to see if there is one there..or ask your ISP people

I am not having problems with SI...

I have one as well. Perhaps there is just too many active subscribers for the backbone of their network. But that's a Communications Department problem. Something their Comm Group should anticipate.

Anyway, I hesitate to accept your scenario for a down afternoon but I'm been wrong a percentage of the time. We shall have to see how it plays out, I suppose.
