Paul, the "perception" in much of the investment community is that Intel finally has serious competition which will keep it from growing. Once the perception is proved wrong, then the stock will make all-time highs. Intel announcement of good Q3 earnings and forecast of improved Q4 earnings will be the start of debunking this myth. I look for strong stock performance in Nov./Dec. joey
