Some insider buys and sells are meaningful by their size and some are not. I don't think that this sale as meaningful in size. There are countless reasons why an officer sells shares. I don't get excited unless the size is there or there is a trend.

The deal won't happen until next year. If there was a deal, wouldn't the stock be popping on rumor... Andrew H. was right.. no movement on the rumor, probably means little movement on the eventual news. We can all debate the long term prospects for the stock, but I think that in the short run we're looking at 1 - 1.25. I'm in for the long term, but I'm very tired of listening to all the short term hype...
