RICHARDSON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 8, 1998--Micrografx Inc. Effective immediately, the assignment of rights to The Learning Company concludes all contractual responsibilities and settles all contractual issues between Micrografx and American Greetings. It does not represent any material impact to Micrografx beyond the value previously reported in the agreements between Micrografx and Cendant Software.
