Thanks for the update. I couldn't be sure and haven't heard from Colleen yet. So presume she has not been able to contact Reynolds. Again, I hate to speculate, but he may have been positioning himself to be able to sell a small portion of his holdings if, and when, the stock does hit its first peak. His filing to be in a position to finally take some salary for his efforts may, in fact, be a very good sign of things to come soon.

Freddie: Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe filing for an insider trade means the trade has to be executed, even at the stated price, within the 90 days. By filing the Form 144, it allows the insider to make the trade if he so chooses. Either way, it's nice to have a fully reporting company.
