Bill, a few cycles worth examining here are a 189 day cycle (calendar)
from 3/3/94, which would put a bottom at 9/25/98, a 189 day cycle from 4/19/94 which would put a bottom at 10/13/98, and a 183 day cycle from 7/16/96, which would bottom at 9/16/98.

That's if these cycles are still valid, given the breakdown into the 4 year corrective cycle.

I'll let you figure out which is the right one. < g >
