A couple of points from this past week's games:

Pats have no running game. Will only go as far as their very formidable defense carries them.

Jets seem to be able to move the ball - still need to stop someone every now and then. However, they played well against a quality team.

Giant defense didn't seem to miss Sehorn much, did they?

Are the Eagles that bad, or are they that bad?

Moss looks like the real deal for Minny. Vikes have the best passing attack in the NFL, if Johnson stays healthy. And who was that skinny coach on the Vikes sideline. Green must have lost a lot of weight. (Guess he needed room for that new 3 year contract).

Manning will be fine, but he needs some receivers and a Marshall Faulk who can run like he did his first 2 years in the league, not like the past year's version.

Carolina just doesn't look like the same team that went to the NFC Finals 2 years ago.

Are the Bears that good, or the Jags that mediocre?

Is it true - no Cowboys were arrested this week?

Mark

You can mail the score in for the Falcons/Eagles game..............

The question isn't if; it's by "How much?" The Falcons will most likely be one of my selections this week.

The Eagles haven't had a good draft since Ryan left in 1990 and the team is paying for it now. Buddy couldn't coach a lick on gameday but he was a great personnel guy. He knew talent. He'd probably make an excellent personnel director for any team in the NFL. The Eagles drafts in the late 1980's are proof of that...........

Clyde Simmons, Keith Byars, Keith Jackson, Seth Joyner, Chris Carter, Fred Barnett, etc.

When Kotite took over the downward spiral started and Rhodes hasn't helped. Expect Ray to get his walking papers at the end of the season. It's obvious that Eagle ownership is looking to go in another direction. Ray's act has worn thin in Philly. It's too bad because I like Rhodes and hope he gets another shot in the NFL.
