So, could you explain why follks like Mr. Metals get on here day after day bashing a stock they themselves know nothing about... to save us from the evil companies in the world?..... I think not.... There are lawsuits going on right now about folks who get on line and bash stocks for no reason other than personal wealth...

My point about the promotional frees was,
the company won't be cranking out shares to to pay
promoters. Sure they will pay to do TV spots and such.

Second I know they pay bashers and hypsters, I personally
know people who have been paid. I have had promotional
people contact me for special deals to hype stocks and I turned them
down. Mr. Metals himself told me he was a paid promoter and
many of his stocks are bbs. You've got to be kidding me
about not reading SI ! ! ! I have had CEOs, promoters, all
tell me they read SI. I do not have mm contacts, but IMO
these threads have incredible power.

Finally as far as rocket science...
Why is it that millions of shares get bought and the stock
can't move and a small amount of volume with sells or
mixed and the stock falls.
Last Wed the stock had more buys than sells and it closed lower.
I know what it is. Nescom has traced all of this and FLSC is
on as far down as they can take it. And they kept from moving up.
From what I understand the company will be aggresively dealing
with mms soon.

I have been reading this thread and continue to find it breathtaking how much trust people still put in IDCN's management.

Let's assume for the sake of argument that the CMI offer to buy IDCN at .375/share was legit. Imagine the nerve of IDCN management to say, "Well, shareholders were expecting .375/share by this month, but let's renege on the offer and have our shareholders wait months longer for a payoff." Hello??!! How about having the exploration manager assess the property as incredibly valuable BEFORE agreeing to the CMI buyout? Doesn't anybody see that as pure incompetence on IDCN's part? And asking shareholders to show great respect for the company by calling in for certs when IDCN itself is not showing mutual respect is just rank, in my opinion.

With so many scams existing in OTC stocks and especially mining stocks, how can anyone invest big bucks in this company and feel comfortable with their investment? Isn't it obvious that these guys are con artists?

Question: What shareholders got a chance to vote on accepting the CMI buyout offer? I thought there was supposed to be some ballot mailed out, or some shareholder meeting? From what I've read, it does not appear that such a thing happened. Red flag.

Question: July 29 press release: "Indocan Resources Announces 10 Million Share Buyback". How many shares were bought back? It appears none, is that right? If so, a red flag.

IDCN management is acting like a big lying con artist. When Sojourner Smith calls on his own to verify information about the property with a government (i.e., non-IDCN) person, IDCN actually gets mad at him! How pathetic is that? As if IDCN has conducted itself so gracefully and with such impunity that no one needs to verify what their PR guy says.

As a good scientist, I concede that I could be wrong on all of this. But my gut tells me that this is a scam scam scam. If you're long and strong on this stock, and you turn $20,000 into $100,000 with IDCN, I will be happier for you than you are for yourself. I will be glad I'm wrong. But by the same token, if you are holding a brown infested apple in your hand and you say, "I'm going to enjoy the best tasting apple on earth," how can I wish you well in taking that bite?

This company looks so corrupt, I keep expecting to see 90% of the posts on this thread as negative ones. Instead, I'm in the minority! C'est la vie!
