The acquired companies projected annual revenues are approximately $10 - $12 million and profitable. So....supposedly the company is now worth.....$120-$132MILLION!!!.. can't wait for the financials due out NEXT month to confirm this.... Jhild.....could you explain why the company would have done this....I haven's seen this type of statement in a PR yet....I have an idea, but would appreciate your unbiased opinion....
