Shake outs must become more volatile to scare out even some strong holders-especially near the end of a downtrend. Now the big question is how much time must be thrown in to "wear out" strong holders at the bottom?Excellent observations regarding SEG's price action

IMHO

I own and have traded SEG for the last 9 months and have to agree with your thoughts regarding the specialist. The way the stock was taken down from the last run to 27 was way overdone. WDC and QNTM were already in down trends but SEG was breaking its previous high at 26.62 and its short term trend was turning up with big block buying. I looked at it as a big buying opportunity and picked up a bunch eventhough I still had plenty from the last run up. Lets hope this time it is for real.
