Robert B. Furman; Thank you for the compliment. I might also guess that the specialist is still testing his bottom but he is running out of time. By that I mean that his price/ action has reduced his current short interest holding to the lowest level in the last 2 years, according to a chart downloaded last night. The lowered level of short interest may force him to take the price up or he may jeopardize his own position. Although, the price is low, at this point, the stock is still very strong. There is a lot of buying of small blocks going on, meaning public buying. He is in an interesting situation right now. I wonder what he will do within the next few days and weeks? William Epstein
