How Do you think TNRG Acquired all of these assets over the past 7 months? You said it yourself, look at what Alan Markoff posted : Before they acquired NiteHawk Before they acquired The usbl Franchise Before They acquired Calvocade of Boxing Before they began joint efforts to bring the Tracker, Sea Eye, Foot Flexion Etc. to market. What you forgot to mention is that the Float was reduced be several million. Yes they had to use shares to purchase income generating assets. Big deal. Would you have rathered they cancelled the shares back in March, and then closed up shop and did nothing, so that now, in September, they could say, see, we have 26 million o/s. which would you rather own shares in . Company A with 29 million o/s. and losing money or Company b with 47 million o/s and earning a profit???

I was actually relieved to see 47 million because I was fearing much worse. Buying pennies for many years I have seen dillution by the millions and millions without any one knowing about it. To go from 40 to 47 in several months is not all that painful. I also agree with Isoman that TNRG has accumulated a lot of holdings with what I consider to be reasonable dillution, especially if he is able to cancel more shares as he has promised. I'll be real honest in saying I fear dillution at these stock levels. If he needs to raise more cash and has to do it at $.03, we will see huge dillution in shares to raise any significant dollars. I hope in heck Tilton is looking out for us. If he is he will be coming out with some juicy press releases to bring the stock back up to higher levels where dillution will not be as much of a risk as it is now.

I did click on his name and see an official looking disclaimer about never receiving stock for promotion and that he is in fact a 100% private investor...why does he feel the need to do this???!! Why do this? I think all should do this.................. Also it is the truth so why not since I have been accused before of being a promoter. I guess people view starting a thread as such. First of all if you are a promoter or if you are getting paid it is Illegal to post on SI from my understanding according to SEC laws. As far as TNRG you can average down or GET out. Your post was pure mudslinging at best so what is the point of posting such nonsense. I posted on this thread less than twenty five times out of three thousand two hundred posts. You also deemed to run over to this other thread to attack my character and question my motives. My reply to you was as follows. Message 5705956 Their are plenty of threads to go to if you wish to sling some mud hopefully this thread won't go down like some of the others. Alan has been seen much on this thread after the original runup to .40...by the way, where is he? September and October are key months in regards to this stock and all you have done is spoil the atmosphere here for the rest who own TNRG. All you have to do is read the releases and it's obvious that nothing will happen until the end of this year......... So why post. TNRG will have to prove itself out within the next four months if you wish to spout off call Tilton. If you learn of new facts share it otherwise take your dirty laundry somewhere else. By the way 47 Million shares is no big deal if TNRG has what they claim the Navy deal Ect... Tilton runs the Company not me.
