You're right. They have not officially filed YET. It was their goal at the beginning of the year to file. I know that all the paper work is DONE, I've seen it. We ALL should see it very shortly on Edgar. :-) Thanks for your accuracy...since I've waited for quite some time to see this happen...seeing the paper work completed was what I was waiting to see from the company. It's completed and WILL be filed and on Edgar very soon. Like I said, I expected it last week.
