If it does make it on the internet, then Starr's office or Congress will really have to answer for it. The Report contains confidential grand jury information--and the Attorney General is already investigating leaks from the OIC. I think Gingrich suggested having a public executive summary. Maybe some kind of redacted report will eventually come out. It'll be interesting to see how Starr navigates these shoals.
