Offie from what I know Oilex did a debenture with Ron's firm Select Capital and Ron assured Allen that they would not screw the stock once they had received it. but sure enough they dumped as soon as they got it, not to mention the discount that they demanded for the money they loaned to Oilex. That's what I told Richard but I guess he can not understand that. Maybe you can help him. Oh by the way I do believe that the books will show that Oilex had paid all of it's bills up until Feb 98.
