I'm sticking with the Clinton Resignation trigger- looking like a better bet as each day passes.

OTOH- When he does finally resign there may actually be a relief rally. If he doesn't resign soon, it could be worse. Like you mentioned, an impeachment proceeding would effectively leave the most powerful nation in the world without a leader. Markets will fear that more than anything.
