John Are you trading using FOX, the web site or touch tone? Also are you Spartan? Gold Circle? I posted that msg. for a friend - so in all honesty I do not know, but I will find out Thurs. and get back to you. I do know that there is no way that she should have had to put up with everything that she has in the last few weeks with Fidelity ! I have several accounts and can't say I have found a truly excellent outfit yet I have yet to hear of anyone who has either :-( Good luck Tim

My level of frustration with F.Spartan has just gone through the roof. I am convinced that the "perfect" Spartan customer is one who makes one trade a month (two if the market gets exciting), and who thinks FOX+ is a nifty little toy that is kinda fun to play with. These guys sure ain't for people who are serious about trading. Further, FOX+ is still a novelty to these people. Their solution to any electronic trading problem is to call them and pay the higher commission. ("Spartan, please hold... thank you for your patience, and for understanding that your time is unimportant to us ...") Brown & Co., here I come ... jim
