Has anyone else noticed that Fidelity Spartan is taking longer to answer the phones, that FOX+ is getting so slow as to be unusable, and that getting getting updated order status is like pulling teeth? Today, as I write this, I have waited 45 minutes to get a verified cancel on a limit order I placed. Until the verification comes through, FOX+ won't allow any other transactions for that security. When I called Spartan about it (you know the drill -- "Spartan, please hold...") and finally got a live person on the phone (not the "thank you for your patience, our time is more important than yours..."), I was told that their MM was having troubles, and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked that my order be routed to a different MM, and was told they couldn't do that. I asked if that was because they get paid for order flow, and he refused to answer, and repeated there was nothing that either he or I could do about the problem. Am I the only one out here who dosen't like to be treated like this? jim
